Cancellation Policy

Clients are allowed to cancel (ex: no meeting will take place that week) up to 2 appts in a 12 week session cycle , all cancellations must be requested 24 hours in advance of scheduled meeting. If client need to reschedule for an appt time within the same week, it must be done at least 4 hours in advance and will be subject to schedule availability. After the 2 allowed cancellations have been exceeded any missed sessions will not be allowed for reschedule. No refunds are allow for lack of attendance. Late arrivals will have the time late deducted from total session time. If you are more than 15 mins late, your session will be cancelled.
