Crystal really is good at what she does. The first  thought provoking message she gave me was regarding going back to a toxic relationship. She asked me "why I left in the first place?"

I laughed. But then when I closed my eyes and imagined that scenario, that one simple question worked. 

I've thought about that question frequently because as silly as it sounds moving on can be hard sometimes. "Why?" Is the question I find myself coming back to. I carry that simple question with me always because it works. And it's the first thing that Crystal works on in her program and we build on that foundation step by step. Her favorite saying is "remember your why." Which is an acronym for WORTHY OF HEALING YOU.
